Total Trust

The Prince of Peace walks upon the raging sea.

The Prince of Peace walks upon the raging sea.

I don’t know what storm rages in your life at the moment, but I do know the One who is above the storm! Jesus, the Prince of Peace, is the fulfillment of God’s redemption of sinful man- have you placed your total trust in Him? If you have, then you understand covenant. What I am about to share is an unbreakable promise. Please do not try to compare the covenant of God to anything else that exists in this world; it is otherworldly. God’s Word far exceeds man’s word; His ways are higher than man’s ways.

To become a benefactor of this covenant, you must participate, but your part is to receive. Every person who has turned from their sins and surrendered his/her life to the Lord Jesus Christ- receive this promise with total trust.

“Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet My unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor My covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord who has compassion on you (Isaiah 54:10).

The covenant of peace is binding… God bound Himself to it through the precious blood of His Son, Jesus. The blood covenant stands firm forever, so there is nothing in the universe as secure as God’s covenant. There is nothing in the universe as secure as God’s covenant.

No family status

No financial investment

No earthly relationship

No healthcare plan

No career position

No privilege

No power

No religion…

Friend, nothing compares to the certainty of God’s promise to love you and keep you in His perfect peace. Reflect on the word shalom used in the Isaiah 54:10 passage.

Shalom: Peace, safety, prosperity, well-being, intactness, wholeness.

Right there. He’s an all-encompassing God! Nothing is lacking in the Father’s compassion for His kids. I really hope you are part of this family! It’s a wondrous joy to abide in His peace.
